Production
Crafted by macerating sweet and bitter oranges, tangerines, chamomile, juniper, licorice, anise, mint, and hyssop in neutral grain spirit. The botanicals are harvested at peak ripeness, then macerated separately to capture their essence. The mixture is rested in neutral oak barrels under a solera system for approximately one year before bottling.

The nose reveals aromas of mandarin orange peel, mint, anise, and cinnamon bark. The palate presents flavors of bitter orange, clove, licorice, and spicy juniper. The finish is marked by lingering notes of tangerine, chamomile, and allspice.
